Governing Contractual Framework | Subject to the Laws of the State of Qatar
Last Updated: March 29, 2025
In these Terms and Conditions:
You agree to access and utilize the ZaytoonPay platform solely for bona fide consumer or corporate mobile phone top-up transactions, in strict compliance with all relevant penal, electronic commerce, and cyber laws of Qatar.
ZaytoonPay acts as an independent electronic intermediary providing automated balance recharge services. We do not operate wireless towers or physical telecommunication network infrastructure. Once an airtime voucher or credit is transmitted to the carrier and loaded onto the specified +974 subscriber number, delivery of cellular service is solely the carrier's contractual responsibility.
An order becomes binding upon successful authorization of payment by the acquirer bank and generation of an internal transaction reference. Due to the instantaneous nature of electronic carrier balance replenishment, credit allocation is generally triggered immediately upon payment confirmation.
All prices, face values, and bundles are denominated in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless explicitly indicated otherwise. The user is responsible for any foreign transaction or currency conversion fees that may be applied by their own card-issuing bank.
Because digital mobile top-up credits are irrevocably credited to the specified phone number within moments of transaction execution, all successful top-ups are final and non-refundable. It is the sole obligation of the customer to verify the accuracy of the target 8-digit Qatar phone number before validating payment.
You warrant that you have lawful permission to replenish the recipient mobile number submitted. You agree not to utilize stolen payment credentials, generate fraudulent chargebacks, or disrupt the operation of our automated API pipelines.
All software architecture, logos, site layout, graphical banners, and written copy on this platform are the proprietary intellectual assets of Zaytoon Technologies W.L.L. or used under lawful authorization. Operator logos (Ooredoo, Vodafone) remain the exclusive trademarks of their respective owners.
Customer contact details and transaction references are processed in strict conformity with our Privacy Policy and Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 (PDPPL).
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While ZaytoonPay maintains high platform uptime, we make no explicit warranty that telecom carrier gateways will experience zero scheduled downtime or network latency.
To the maximum extent permitted under the civil and commercial laws of the State of Qatar, Zaytoon Technologies W.L.L. shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from carrier service outages or typographical input errors made by users.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zaytoon Technologies W.L.L., its directors, officers, and employees against any losses, penalties, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the top-up service.
ZaytoonPay operates as an independent value-added platform and is neither a subsidiary nor an exclusive agent of any telecom carrier.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our interface for any user engaging in suspected fraud, carding activities, or hostile penetration testing.
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance occasioned by events beyond reasonable control, including undersea fiber optic cable severances, regional utility disruptions, natural disasters, or statutory embargoes.
These Terms & Conditions are construed, governed, and interpreted exclusively under the substantive laws of the State of Qatar. The competent civil courts of Doha, Qatar shall hold sole jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued engagement with our web platform constitutes affirmative acceptance of the current terms.
